Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service or engaging Pathway Germany for educational consultancy.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Pathway Germany.
  • Country refers to: Pakistan.
  • Service refers to the consultation, document preparation, and university application services provided by the Company, as well as the Website.
  • Website refers to Pathway Germany, accessible from https://pathwaygermany.com
  • You / The Applicant means the individual accessing or using the Service to seek admission to educational institutes in Germany.

2. Scope of Services The Company shall use its best efforts to seek an educational institute in Germany that matches the educational qualification and field of interest of the Applicant. Depending on the purchased package, the Company will apply to a predetermined minimum and maximum number of universities. If the Applicant wishes to apply to additional universities beyond their package limit, an extra fee per application will apply.

Unless otherwise stated, service agreements are valid for a period of one (1) year, allowing the Applicant to apply for up to two intakes (e.g., winter and summer) within that year if an admission letter is not secured in the first attempt.

3. Intellectual Property and Trademarks (Nominative Fair Use) All university names, logos, crests, and trademarks displayed on this Website are the exclusive property of their respective trademark owners. Pathway Germany is a strictly independent educational consultancy. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, or partnered with any of the European educational institutions whose logos appear on this site, unless explicitly and formally stated otherwise.

Any use of university logos or trademarks on this Website is done under the doctrine of “nominative fair use.” These logos are displayed solely for the factual purpose of identifying the institutions where our past students (alumni) have successfully gained admission, or to accurately describe the destination universities for which we offer application processing services.

4. Client Responsibilities and Liability The Applicant must provide all necessary, authentic documents required for the application process, including but not limited to: a copy of their Passport, Curriculum Vitae, language proficiency certificates (e.g., IELTS), bank statements, and original or attested certificates from previous schools or universities.

By engaging Our Services, the Applicant assumes full liability for the correctness and authenticity of all information provided in their profile and submitted application documents. The Company is not responsible for application rejections resulting from fraudulent, incomplete, or delayed documentation provided by the Applicant. The Applicant shall immediately inform the Company of any new circumstances which might affect the performance of this agreement.

5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds Consultancy and processing fees paid to the Company are strictly non-refundable once the contract is signed or the application procedure has commenced. Because our services rely on billable hours for document review, strategy, and processing, refunds are not issued for change of mind or external rejections.

Third-Party Fees: The Company’s processing fee covers consultancy and labor only. Application fees charged by third parties (such as Uni-assist, specific university portals, courier services, or visa embassies) are not included in our fee and must be paid by the Applicant directly. If paying the Company in a different currency, the Applicant must pay according to the exchange rates on that particular day.

6. No Guarantees (Disclaimer of Success) Engaging our Services serves as proof that your application will be forwarded and prepared in the best possible way to increase your admission chances. However, the Company does not and cannot guarantee success.

The final decision regarding university admissions rests entirely with the respective German educational institutions. Furthermore, the decision to grant or deny a student visa rests solely with the German Embassy or Consulate. The Company shall not be held liable for any admission rejections or visa refusals.

7. Communication Applicants may contact the Company during set office hours. Updates on application progress will be provided regularly (e.g., every two weeks). In case of urgent inquiries, the Applicant may book a consultation session with their assigned team member.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution The laws of Pakistan, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services provided shall first be addressed informally by contacting the Company.
